Ingredients
• 1 ¼ cups of all purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons of vegan sugar
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 ¼ cups of water
• 1 tablespoon of avocado oil

Directions
1. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together into a large bowl. Whisk the water and oil together in a separate bowl. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Stir just until blended. It will be lumpy and that’s ok.
2. Heat your griddle to medium high heat. Drop your batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle until bubbles form and pop. Flip and cook until brown on the opposite side.
